Your hotel will have the biggest impact on your total budget. There are three tiers of resorts at Disney World, which greatly impact your budget: Value, Moderate and Deluxe. My first recommendation would be to determine what matters most to your family when selecting where to stay (theming, convience to parks, transportation, pools, dining, etc.), then select a resort within your budget that gives you the most value based on your preferences.
