A Disney classic featuring immersive scenes, catchy music, and one small drop.
This attraction perfectly captures the Disney magic and remains a must-do every trip.
The best part is the entire family can ride!
One of Disney World's most iconic roller coasters.
Riding through complete darkness makes every twist feel bigger than it actually is.
Height Requirement: 44"
Warning! This ride can be rough. If you have neck or back issues I do not recommend riding.
The "Wildest Ride in the Wilderness" remains one of the most re-rideable attractions in the park.
The coaster is smooth, fun, and perfect for families with older children. However, my toddler is also tall enough for this ride (38") and he loves this roller coaster.
Don't underestimate this gentle attraction.
It's one of the most popular rides in all of Walt Disney World because of its classic charm.
The queue often exceeds an hour, so I recommend doing this ride earlier in the morning (rope drop or right after park open) for a shorter wait time.
The famous skippers make every ride different.
Expect cheesy jokes, fantastic scenery, and plenty of laughs.

If your family loves roller coasters, prioritize these attractions:
Magic Kingdom is easily the most toddler-friendly Disney park.
My favorites include:

Winnie the Pooh
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
Buzz Lightyear

The attractions everyone in your group can enjoy together:
Pirates of the Caribbean
Haunted Mansion
Jungle Cruise
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Buzz Lightyear
Peter Pan's Flight
Winnie the Pooh
Tiana's Bayou Adventure (if everyone meets the height requirement)
Many guests walk right past these gems.
Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
One of the best places to relax.
You'll get fantastic views of Tomorrowland while enjoying air conditioning and short waits.
Walt Disney World Railroad
A great way to rest your feet while traveling between lands.
Country Bear Musical Jamboree
Recently refreshed, this attraction is a fun indoor break with classic Disney charm.
If you're arriving before park opening, prioritize:
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Peter Pan's Flight
Space Mountain
Tiana's Bayou Adventure
Buzz Lightyear
If you're purchasing Lightning Lane, these attractions usually provide the most value:
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (if offered)
TRON Lightcycle / Run (when applicable to current system)

Winnie the Pooh
Afternoon:
Haunted Mansion
Pirates

Evening:
Big Thunder
Tiana's Bayou Adventure
TRON
Fireworks

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train consistently ranks as the best overall ride because it offers a great balance of thrills, storytelling, and family appeal.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON Lightcycle / Run are typically among the busiest attractions, with Peter Pan's Flight also drawing consistently long lines.
Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo, "it's a small world," Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh are excellent choices.
If you're short on time, attractions like Tomorrowland Speedway, Astro Orbiter (unless it's a priority for your family), and The Magic Carpets of Aladdin are often less essential than the park's headline attractions.
There is no one-size-fits-all touring plan for Magic Kingdom. The "best" rides depend on your group's ages, interests, height requirements, and vacation goals.
